Nichola is a registered yoga teacher and an experienced yoga practitioner.
She teaches calming yin yoga & more energetic yang multi style hatha and vinyasa classes in Wiltshire.

Yang style yoga strengthens muscles & increases flexibility as well as promoting a calm steady mind.


Yin yoga is an introspective practice of self discovery on mental, physical and spiritual levels. Yin practice targets deep muscles, fascia and tendons to restore and maintain flexibility of the joints & alleviate chronic pain.


Private 1:1 sessions are becoming increasingly popular to experience a personalised approach to your own practice, to become deeply acquainted with your own mind and body. If class settings are not for you,  please get in touch.

A tranquil, challenging and fun yoga practice performed on stand up paddle boards. SUP is a rapidly growing past time in the UK & performing yoga on the board brings an added dimension of adventure. It also increases core strength & muscle tone as you work harder to maintain your balance on water. Falling in is fun too!

Nichola is a certified SUP yoga instructor & holds a British Canoe Union ‘Foundation Safety & Rescue Certificate’.  She currently works with school groups as a fun extra curricular activity, also hen/stag/birthday parties & corporate team building events. 

Based in the beautiful Cotswold Water Park area with easy access to the M4 & M5.  There is a range of stunning waterside accommodation available nearby.
